After many attempts, I think I’ve finally found blog peace with this site. Penguins Creative is a place where I’ll be writing about my love for stationery, journaling in my Hobonichi Techo, and sharing videos of my arts and illustrations. From time to time, I’ll also be writing about my travels and another passion of mine: delicious food.
Growing up as an international student has its advantages. I’ve lived up to fourteen years in Thailand and spent another 10 in Taiwan. In the past five years, I’ve traveled countless times to South Korea and Japan, loving the exoticness of those beautiful cities and lifestyle.
As you can imagine, I’ve accumulated quite an album of the tasty things I’ve ate and the beautiful sights I’ve seen. Through writing and journaling, I would love to share those with you and encourage everyone to start such a creative lifestyle. Put your experience into words and your memories into drawings. You will have such a bountiful experience looking back at your journals and remember all the wonderful times.
Have fun in this site, and hope you enjoy Penguins Creative!

I just stumbled onto your blog per a recommendation since I love stationery and traveler’s notebooks — love your blog! I’ve already added it to my Feedly subscription. I am so jealous of all the cute stationery supplies you have access to. I always have to order stuff from overseas because there’s not much cute stuff in the U.S.
